NPRS Bitmap

Specifies the NPRS subframe Part A configuration over 10 ms or 40 ms.

NPRS Bitmap length is the same as Downlink Bitmap Length. The first/leftmost bit corresponds to subframe #0 of the radio frame satisfying SFN mod x = 0, where x is the size of the bit string divided by 10.
